Description of adhesive is misleading and incorrect

I got charged an additional fee for delivery and when I challenged it with FedEx, they said that you would not pay for it, and that it should be billed to me, which is ridiculous as you are their customer. Terrible.

Samples are usually scrap or leftover segments shipped for free or nominal cost to buyer. Disappointed that a sample to confirm fit and finish for customer cost over $40. Reconsidering placing a $2400 order due to this nonsense.
