Husband’s Birthday Gifts

My husband is an amazing wood worker and has always dreamed of owning Woodpecker products. So, I decided to save up and purchase 4 pieces for his birthday this year. I ordered them in March, thinking that would be plenty of time to get them by the end of April. Well, within 2 weeks I received 2 of the 4 items I ordered. I waited another 2 weeks and nothing came and no notification of any delays. So I called your Customer Service Department and they told me the other 2 items I ordered were on back order until May. I wasn’t very happy that I had to call your company to find this out. An email should have been sent to me letting my know of the back order situation. Because I was unhappy with your company’s service, I cancelled my back ordered items and requested a credit.

back ordered without an estimate

If an item is back ordered an estimate would be much better than spending the money with no real idea if the item will be in stock within the next six months.

My review of my order experience

Very disatisfied. You make great products, but oversell your capacity to diliver in a timely fashion. I will never order from you again without verifiying that the product is available first. Getting info on the status of my order was like pulling teath? Meaning, I felt like info was being held back lest a negative impression was developed. Guese what ? Negative impression cemented. Also, most vendors do not bill until the product is shipped. This is a policy you should impliment.
