Husband’s Birthday Gifts
My husband is an amazing wood worker and has always dreamed of owning Woodpecker products. So, I decided to save up and purchase 4 pieces for his birthday this year. I ordered them in March, thinking that would be plenty of time to get them by the end of April. Well, within 2 weeks I received 2 of the 4 items I ordered. I waited another 2 weeks and nothing came and no notification of any delays. So I called your Customer Service Department and they told me the other 2 items I ordered were on back order until May. I wasn’t very happy that I had to call your company to find this out. An email should have been sent to me letting my know of the back order situation. Because I was unhappy with your company’s service, I cancelled my back ordered items and requested a credit.
