Everything about the ShopWoodpeckers site is slick, professional and well done. Beyond the digital experience, prompt shipping and packaging are excellent. What remains unclear to me, is why does the site exist? The prices and Woodpecker tool selection are not different from the manufacturer's site.

Quality product, fast shipping!

I recently discovered the shopwoodpeckers.com website, and it has cost me! My only complaint is with the cost and time of shipping. I am used to shopping at a common shopping website, and am spoiled by the prime shipping. Fortunately when buying Woodpecker Tools products, it is not hard to accumulate enough to qualify for free shipping! But I miss two day shipment time. That said, my orders have arrived in a reasonable amount of time considering it is cross-country shipping, and in good condition. I will order again from them again.
