Ruland Manufacturing

I was very happy that you were providing next day AM shipping. Thank you very much!

I was a bit nervous as all my other parts were comming from McMaster and expected the next morning. But Ruland came through. Plus there is a lot more choice of parts than available on McMaster.

Fantastic customer service. Absolutely the best experience I have had in recent memory with any company.

Super good service and fast delivery

My mechanic told me to order a part for my car. Unfortunately, he believed it was too thin to work, but he commented on how beautifully made it was and said he' definitely be ordering from your company for future parts. My experience with your customer service was excellent. Super fast communication, helpful and they made the return process super easy. Thank you so much. Rare customer service these days.
