This was my first-ever order from Ruland. I needed three shaft collars, and after being disappointed with the quality of the ones from my neighborhood hardware store, I found Ruland online. I was extremely happy with the quality and finish on my black oxide collars. I couldn't believe you had the EXACT size I needed, since the 9mm version was perfect for the tailstock shaft in my little Rivett watchmaker's lathe! I now have a reliable & repeatable way to limit the tailstock travel when performing drilling operations on multiple parts. Thanks - and you customer service is top-shelf!
