Great communication solution!

We have been with Nexgen for the past 6 months and have had no technical difficulties at all with our new phone system.

If there is a problem, a response is usually quick.

Diversion charges are expensive to switch on/off

I have been happy with the service with Nexgen. However on a recent annual review of my Telco bills there is an early termination fee of $783-86 deducted in April 2019. I have just read about these termination fees on TIO.com.au I believe this fee is illegal because we didn't terminate a contract and kept all our Cliff business lines we signed up for and only dropped my personal line at my home address which I don't think was in the original contract and it was suggested by your sales rep that we add it to the business package after we had agreed to the number of business lines we agreed to swop over from our previous Telco.
