We have not encountered any problems with our equipment since we renewed our contract in March 2017, therefore had no reason to contact Nexgen for service. Having said that, we have been with Nexgen for many years now and we have only called Nexgen for service once or twice in relation to our phone system. Each time we called, we were provided with prompt efficient service and our issue was resolved quickly. I do not have anything negative to say about Nexgen. That's the reason we chose to stay with Nexgen when our contract expired.

As a CEO of a small business, I have worn many hats; dealing with telcos was one of them. There are MANY out there, and they all promise the world... and deliver a map... NEXGEN is different. They actually overdeliver way and above their promises. From customer support, to tech support and of course most importantly, the network uptime. Any little issue that I've had here and there - they've dispatched a tech in the same day and by the time I was back in the office - all done for good. Took the time one day and drove to Parramatta to meet the team - and I have been positively impressed of the fact that, even if I am one of thousands of customers they have, they knew all particulars of the business, challenges, etc - and always offering best solutions. And a cup of coffee :) In all seriousness - in 15 years managing the company, I have NOT found another company that's more professional. I recommend them from the bottom of my heart; for they have great products and unbelievable prices. Go NEXGEN. To many more years of exemplary service. Thank you!
