Very impressed with the effort made to resolve issues, even those outside of Nexgen's responsibility, Nexgen doesn't pass the buck or play the blame game. Nexgen always puts us first and are all about customer service which is extremely impressive for a telco!

The set up of the account was a bit sloppy. But after that everything was ok. I needed to sort a couple of technical problems which have been timely and properly managed by Nexgen.
