We switched to NBN and upgraded our phone system last year with Nexgen. I was very relieved that the transition was smooth with no down time. We haven't experienced the numerous problems that others in our area have had so I am very grateful to Nexgen for their expertise. A recent problem caused by a storm surge was fixed within 2 working days, which was a little stressful but the technicians were extremely helpful and courteous and diagnosed and fixed the problem promptly once on site. Overall I am very happy with Nexgen's services and would recommend them to anyone needing to switch to NBN or upgrade their phone system.
