Hi Nexgen, Being with you for many year, intially not happy with your charges (not keeping with promise) but over the years and your service has improved and promptly action when requested. Much appreciated now. Noted: other companies keep coming asking to review and offer better deal. I always decline and stay with you.

Have been with NexGen for the last 109 years. They are always helpful and their rates are good.

No complaints other than internet service is very slow on weekends. Is this a Nexgen Issue or Internet provider issue?
