I was slightly skeptical of all offerings with the hounding you get when the NBN arrives in the 'hood. Nexgen were fair on price. The NEC PBX isn't the most user friendly beast - but the quality is fine. The service has been excellent. Most importantly, one telephone affecting drop out in 18months which was a major internet problem impacting many providers - not Nexgen's fault. I speedtest regularly - always hitting my 50/20 rating. I wish my home Internet was half that good. All in all, very happy customer and happy to review and recommend.
