Completely inappropriate for our business. Best to steer very clear of NexGen unless you own your own telecommunications company. They saw we were a small business, promised the world, got their contract and screwed us over. No support. No value. We could have put a deposit on a house instead of this phone system. Saddest part is we're actually operating off 2 cordless phones purchased via officeworks for under $60.

I was in contact with a gentleman called 'Rory' who was just amazing with my issue of leaving a voice message for the Melbourne Cup Day office. He organised for a tech to come out and fix the problem within 2 days and i thank him!
