A great device for my use in a condo, looks great, takes hardly any space and has plenty of power for it's size, great versatility. Very happy with it.

I found that the site is easy to maneuver through. The process of mounting the AC unit was very simple! I had an issue with the first AC unit that I received, it just wouldn’t work, we tried everything. I contacted the company and they sent me out a new one the same day! When it arrived my grandson set it up and that unit works like a charm!! I am very happy with the Kapsul W-5! The company sent me a return address label and they contacted UPS to pick up the defective unit 2 days later. No fuss on my part!! Great customer We service!! What more could I ask!! Good company to deal with!

I purchased 3 to cool off a 1200 sq foot condo and I have to say that they preformed better than I hoped. These are the best and most beautifully designed air conditioners you can purchase.

very pleased my kapsul air conditioner. runs quietly and efficiently word of advice for install. you can't just "pop" this into your window, at least I couldn't. take careful measurements. my house has old double-hung windows with storm windows, so I had to make some modifications to obtain the proper 3 degree downward slope of the unit to the outside for drainage. new houses/window casings... probably easier on install then mine.
