I thought I was ordering a self closing hinge. They aren't. I need to return them. I've requested a return.

We received incorrect door closer. The number of the door closer was hand printed on the side of the closer. It was much smaller closer that we ordered. We had to go with another vendor to replace our old one. When returned this door closer, I got an email that it was slightly used and that I will get a reduction to my refund by 25%. We never used or installed this door closer. It was either delivered like this or sent to me like this. We didn't even open it fully as we saw that this was a wrong size and just mailed it back. Not only that, when I called and said it was a wrong size, they didn't not even offer a lable to mail it back. I had to pay for a return. Be aware of the wrong sizing on this webiste and before you return something make pictures of your purchase, so they don't acuse you in using their items.
