Received the item on the second day which is very good considering the present conditions

I'm really happy with the locks. Much better quality than anything I could find at the local hardware store. Was happy to see there are some drilling protections engineered into the design. The only issue I had was the writing on the box makes it seem that the backset is a fixed length, called tech support and they explained how to adjust it, really easy to adjust. Labeling the box as adjustable could prevent misunderstanding.

What makes these great? Beautiful finish and smooth operation! Looks so much better on my doors that the spec-grade brass hinges my contractor installed 10 years ago that are dull now and shedding black dust everywhere. These will not do that due to the ball bearings, and they operated SO smoothly! A MUST for solid core and solid doors of any sort!
