Not only does this jacket cut the wind when its not that cold, it keeps you very dry in the rain. The removable liner is amazing on the cold mornings, and when it warms up, you can zip it out and still stay dry. Class 3, with all the pockets you will need, and radio openings to keep in contact. Amazing for the price. Buy in bulk.
