FSA is easy-as to deal with. At first I had no idea what system I ordered and they had all my records from 2 years prior at their fingertips. So reordered new replacement cartridges, paid for them and a quick installation discussion totally got me psyched that I could do it. All up 10 mins on the phone. An email receipt with installation instructions soon followed. Replacement cartridges arrived on time (about 5 days) and as described. Took me about 20 minutes to replace cartridges and reset computer - alll without spilling a drop. Stoked!
