I am NOT impressed. I purchased the RB fabric in a 30 yard roll because it was the smallest quantity available. I needed 10 feet. This was to replace what I thought was the same product that I put up 11 years ago. The product on the shade for 11 years was beginning to lose some of the reflective coating in the areas constantly exposed to the sun. A reasonable life for a product, in my opinion. The "new" product is just barely an imitation of the product I took down. Hold the new product up to direct sun light and you can see light through it! Rub the metalized side with your finger and the metalization is gone! Crease the fabric and light will show through the crease. The claim is 95% reflectivity, and I expect it meets the claim, for at least the first several months. I painted the back side of the fabric to make it opaque enough to not be an eyesore when looking out the window when the shade is down and anticipate I will have to replace the RB material in a year's time because the metalization will have burned off. I doubt it is no more than a few microns thick. I have enough fabric to replace it twice again and will likely do so, just to leverage the substantial cost of the product. I certainly wouldn't buy it again.

I know it’s probably not your guys fault. But when I ordered the spray foam. One tank came to Buffalo and the other tank went to California. I don’t know how this happen but now I have to wait another 5 days before I can get it. I have a job on hold because of this. Not only am I pissed but the customer is furious

No where on the site can you look at your order status
