Your website catch phrase is like the opposite of it's slogan. You should rebrand it to "Come for the prices -- Leave because of the service" or just "Come for the prices". The reason why is I am getting a new roof/Sheathing so I wanted to know the best way of installing the arma foil. There were no guides on the website except a picture of some one stapling it on the back of the sheathing. I inquired about it and got a link to the same article which doesn't explain anything. I wanted to know should I leave slack, how much should I staple it and is it the best way with new roof. If I hadn't already bought the foil, wasn't lazy and wanted to deal with the hassle of returning it I would have returned it. I actually found another foil website and sent the same question. The response was night and day. They gave me a link and edcucated me on why I shouldn't just staple it on, provided an energy study of the difference between stapling it on the osb vs draping it over the rafters.

Sure wish I could have watched a video without having an app that costs $. Vertical end pieces do not work when there is screws coming thru door panel frame. Measuring width, doesn’t explain inside of rail or outside of rail? Height same. Would think twice before ordering again. Taking longer than expected to apply panels. Still not done-wondering—what happens when the garage door goes up? Are these panels going to stay in???
