I had ordered and paid incorrectly. The lady on the phone reversed the payment. She then walked me through the process of ordering. She then explained the company and what to expect on my order. Everything went faster then expected. My doors were installed by a professional carpenter. They are so balanced they stop at any position I put them. I have five more doors to order from them.
