Countertop Bracket

I have installed hidden support brackets to support island Bartop. These supports are heavy duty just like the ad on the website says. I am installing butcherblock countertops in the kitchen of a new house I am building for myself and my wife and grandson. I will use these from now on. And highly recommend them. See photos.

For my kitchen Reno I needed to support a peninsula (marble)counter with a 12” overhang. Purchased some home center L brackets that are pretty strong and look ok. They have elongated screw holes though and seem to flex a little too much. After speaking with my countertop company they recommended I do something better. Well these brackets are certainly that. It’s a nicely machined piece with countersunk screw holes, so no worry of any movement down the road. Plus it’s a much stronger piece, it’s thicker-just a better installation. Glad I did it. Woman on the phone was very helpful too. Got my shipment on the same day as promised neatly packaged.
