Fast shipping great door

I used this door for an entrance to a cellar. It is water tight, but it has a hole for a pipe to keep the lid from getting flooded. I ran a pipe from the hole into a sump drain in the cellar. I also covered the door with a rug and you can't really tell it is there since the door is flush with the concrete. The door locks open, which is great, and isn't too hard to shut either, but it would be almost impossible for it to shut by accident and hurt your head due to the locking bar mechanism.

The access panel arrived sooner than expected. It is the perfect fit. The material provides the confidence that it will serve its purpose.
