I had many questions and all were answered in an easy to understand fashion, promptly and with courtesy. The whole process was seamless. My generator arrived by freight with lift gate service (over 400 lbs) and on the date and time provided to me. The product is exactly as described and ordered and will definitely meet my power outage demands. The Honda engine provides the reliability I demand, and the generator provides great "clean power" (less than 6 THD). The electric start is a very nice feature. The generator was packaged extremely well. So well in fact, it took some time to unpack it and do the setup. The only drawback to the whole experience was having to order the handles and wheel kit separately as options. I highly recommend Absolute Generator to anyone looking for portable power generation needs. They are a fantastic company.
