I spoke to Scott in late August about an onan 12.5 qd generator. He told me that there were none available and they should have some comming in in late December. He would keep me name and call me. So in the beginning of November I recieved a call from Scott He said they came in early and he had one for me. Shipped it the Showhauler 3 days later. So they can install it in our rv.

Packaged and shipped right away had my generator within 5 days including weekends.

Good overall experience. Shipping was no problem at all. I would recommend.
