Absolute Generators

Ordered on Friday received the Generator on following Tuesday. It was a pleasure dealing with someone who knows product and does exactly what they say; I’ll definitely recommend your company!

I mentioned this in an earlier review of the generator itself, which I am very pleased with; but everyone I talked with Absolute Generators was top notch and beyond my expectations. The icing on the cake, is that the generator came in earlier than expected and I am up and running again thanks to Absolute Generators. I couldn't recommend them more highly!

Great job…..

I had an issue with our Cummins generator exhaust system on our RV. I tried Cummins first, they did not have the part I needed anywhere in the country. I went to a RV dealership, they could not help me. But they recommended that I call Absolute Generators. I called and talked to Russ Cross. He was very helpful, and understood my desperation and frustration. We were getting ready to do some Boondocking and I really needed to get our generator back in service. Russ had the part I needed in stock and shipped it express delivery. It went out on a Friday and I received it early Tuesday. Great service! We belong to an RV community of about 150 members across the country. Most are full timers like us. They now have the contact information for Absolute. I can’t thank Russ enough for his assistance.
