Absolute Generators

I ordered a replacement generator for my RV that was a perfect size. I chose to drive up from STL and pick-up the generator. I took it to Camping World to do the installation. They said it was very easy to slip right in and replace the old unit. The process of selecting the unit, ordering it and picking it up all went very smoothly.

I purchased a Kubota gl-11000 low boy generator. When I received it I put coolanybinit and it had a radiator leak. I contacted absolute and talked to Nate. And showed him pics of the thing leaking and taht was on a Friday.around noon by Monday I took it to a shop he found to get it in and serviced asap and had it back by Thursday . And even knowing it was a flaw that happens and there is nothing anyone can ever know was gonna happen it had a pin hole on the seem of the radiator. They sent me a panel cover on them to show their sincere apologies. And I would buy and promote absolute generations to anyone I know. And I would preset agin from them without a second thought. Customer service was A1. Thanks again
