Cameron and Nate have provided outstanding customer service, rapidly answered all my questions and provided necessary information to assist me in making this expensive purchase. The generator arrived sooner than expected, I inspected it, fueled it, wired it to my house and it started immediately without hesitation, systematically tested the power loading in the house, it worked perfect. I hope to never use it for emergencies, but having it ready to go, provides great peace of mind, especially in Montana, when winters can be -20 degrees, electricity is literally a life saver.
