Absolute Generators

Poor service. Shipping to Virgin Islands via Tropical Shipping, Fl. in the aftermath of Irma and Maria. Told generator would ship next day, it didn't, given specific shipping instructions on paperwork that had to accompany the generator, it arrived with no paperwork at all. Told to deliver it to Tropical Shipping, Medley, Fla., their carrier delivered it to West Palm Beach. These errors caused a two week delay in the generator being handled by Tropical. Very poor customer service.

We still have yet to recive our generator. We have been in discussions about this for some time and instead of assisting with it, the carrier that deliverd said generator most likely took it to the wrong location and then called us to ask where it was.

I received a incomplete unit and sent several emails out and no one has responded. Horrible way to do business

I am starting to wish I never ordered from your site. I have unsubscribed 3 different times and still I am Receiving emails sever times a week.
