Product provided (3 phase generator) is great, shipping was spot on and the sales rep was terrific, friendly, courteous, extremely knowledgeable and provided great answered to my questions. Thank you. John Shook

I find the generator well built and designed to be well anchored. I have set this unit up and a backup generator for our residence so I have not used it very much as of now but look forward to when the power goes down we will have enough power to run about 50 percent of our residence.

great job arrived on time and has run like a champ no complaints at all
