So far the ordering and shipping has worked out great the generator arrived well packaged and no issues I haven't got a chance to use it yet so can't really comment about that

Hands down the best service from the point of sale all the way through pickup of the product. Every person I spoke to was helpful and friendly. I was encouraged to park inside a heated shop to get loaded and secure my generator on a bitterly cold day. It is the small details that were never overlooked. I look forward to working with Absolute Generators in the near future. I do not leave reviews on the regular but I truly believe this company went above and beyond with customer service provided and felt compelled to leave a review.
