Absolute Generators

Your offer and delivery were exceptional!! Eric Watters is a complete idiot. He contacts me via email telling me that my cart still had merchandise. And he offers an additional discount on the supposedly item! I reply with my order number and tell him that his email is false I already purchased the generator! He replies that no such order exist! This caused me distress because I was charged 3199.00 for the standby generator!! I send an email to your customer service to confirm the order! It did exist so I email this Eric Watters and show him he's wrong and should apply the discount for not knowing his job and having your customer work for him!!

No surprises - Just fine service

The process of ordering and delivery from Absolute Generators went very smoothly. It was easy to get my questions answered either by phone or e-mail. I requested “lift gate delivery” and the delivery driver rolled the generator right up to my garage door. One item I wish Kubota had provided more info on is the opening size of the pallet jack guides on the bottom. My pallet jack forks are 3” thick and the open height on the generator is 2”. I am leaving the generator on a wooden skid so it does not matter to me but some customers might like to know that before receiving. Other than that, the generator and service has been GREAT!

Excellent service with the sell

I looked down the driveway to see a ups driver pushing the generator up the hill instead of just pulling down the drive, so I had to figure away to put the generator on the back of the bus instead of off his truck onto the bus.
