In shipping, the generator was handled roughly, to the point to where the air filter was soaked in oil. Thus, the engine flooded, and couldn't be started. After figuring the problem out, your company was nice enough to send me several replacement filters. Now, the generator works perfectly. The gentlemen I talked to on the phone were very helpful.
