I have been using this system for about two years now. I've been using the temperature/humidity sensors, mostly to monitor conditions in areas of my house where I grow orchids. I just recently added several more water sensors so that I can monitor for water leaks in various areas that I access rarely, after discovering a hot water tank that had been leaking for a very long time, causing a great deal of damage. One of them signaled water about a month after installation, enabling me to get someone over right away to find and repair a number of small leaks in the zinc roof over my attic. Easy to install and set up, flexible, and effective!

Just be sure to turn the Receiver Mode to Low Power - don't leave them in Setup or the batteries will not last very long at all. Should probably be a 4-hour warning in the app.

Great products. Simple but reliable.

The price is right. The tags do everything they say on the site. The iOS app is mostly functional (csv export is broken), but poorly designed. However, it works. And they continue to update it for new iOS versions. And it even has a widget. The web graphs are nice to. You can permalink to them and refresh to get the latest temps. I put the receiver on a separate isolated network apart from my main home network. It still works with the app. No direct local network path is needed between the receiver and the app. Install and startup was flawless. I plan on ordering 5 more tags. I know of no other product with this functionality in this price range that is this easy to use.
