I've been using the wireless motion and moisture sensors for several years now. No problems, very reliable. My only complaint is that I cannot change the battery on the moisture sensors. I use them as leak detectors and wish they would make a more specialized leak detector that would be easier to place on a flat surface as well as have a replaceable battery. I also use a few Samsung Smartthings sensors and I can tell you that the WirelessTag system is vastly more stable. My Smartthings system loses connection to sensors multiple times a day, seemingly until a system update is pushed. The only time I recall one of my wireless tags losing a connection is when the battery dies, but you can set an alert when the battery strength is below a threshold.

Refrigerator was dying a slow, unnoticed death. We went away for the weekend and came home to hundreds of dollars in spoiled food. These tags provide historical graphs which allow me to identify sealed system leaks and other mechanical failures in time enough to initiate troubleshooting and repairs before total loss. Simple to set up and battery has been going for almost a month and a half. Love it.
