Buying and shopping tags to Australia was trouble free. Product is good and worked straight away. Only issue I have with wireless tags is customer support is non existent for when do go wrong. I've had a tag on the past fail and I couldn't get any support.

I have used these sensor tags for about 7 years now and love them. I searched high and low for wireless sensors that would work well with thick walls and long distances and this is the only product i found offering this at a reasonable price. Historic data and alarms sre excellent too. None of my 24 sensors have failed yet.

Loving wireless tag. Set it up in our vacation home, super easy and priceless - monitoring temp and leaks in freezing weather upstate NY. Now buying a second set for our primary home in Brooklyn. Thank you Wireless for making an awesome product.
