I needed some help with one of my orders, and the CSR that I spoke with was courteous and quick to get me the help that I needed. The shipping time was plenty quick, and the tools came well packaged and in good order. Everything in the order was shipped without mistake. These tools are just a bit pricier than what you can get at a box store, but they’re much better, and definitely worth the price.
