I got exactly what I ordered in a timely manner. The directions were easy to understand and assemble. I wasn't impressed with the end caps or joint covers. They really didn't match up well with the other parts. It was easier to assemble/install than I thought.

I would like to see that the corners can be snapped into place with the 4ft. straight pieces. and also the straight pieces should be snapped together. That would be better looking and stronger.

shipping costs ridiculous!!!

Website is easy, and products are okay for unfinished DIY, but not a great fit or finish.
