I was scanning the Internet for materials of some sort that I could create a base gutter along my basement walls and came across this product that someone had already invented before my idea came around. Lol and I ordered it. I’m a 68-year-old female and I was able to install this no problem. It’s very very easy to do and the caulking is, pretty amazing. I have never seen anything as tough as this sealant. It is extremely economical. Also I haven’t had a huge downpour yet, but so far so good not a drop from the wall base at this moment after a half a dozen average rainfall, where before there were always little waterways coming from several areas that made it to the sump pump. I enjoy having a dry floor because we use our basement for so many things.

I bought the adhesive knowing waterproof.com has the rights to what they sell. You wont find it in the Home Centers. It was very sticky but so far it has done the job. i bought extra for the future and glad I did.
