I have yet to see my refund fior my Berkey water filter That was never received & after multiple emails & follow up phone calls letting them know it wasn’t received in my account. You Only have an answering service that is of no help whatsoever!! During this time that money is important to me & didn’t really have it but was trying to do right for my family. Still awaiting refund!!

Had to get my bank's fraud department to get my money back.

I ordered a fountain in March. It is now December. I have not received my item nor my refund. I contacted them 11 times. I needed my money cause I lost my job. They are crooks and scam artists.

I bought a sansone water dispenser and it is a really great product but it didn’t come as shone in the picture. There wasn’t and handle it is a twist open and close and when I called several times to ask why it wasn’t as pictured I had to leave a message with the answering service and never got a call back. Product is of really great quality but customer service is terrible.
