I have not even received my rope yet because fedex says you make them get a signature I fkn work I’m not home to sign vir a rope fkn ridiculous

Shipping is crap. Six days, instead of West Marine's two day free shipping and then, Fed Ex doesn't deliver today. That means rebooking the boat lift and that means losing a week because the tide is not high enough over the next few days when the lift IS available. I will not purchase from this company again until they get rid of Fed Ex.
