My husband loves this product. Takes a bit of practice but it’s like a new toy for his tree trimming. He got it specifically for palm trees so he would not damage his hands, at least anymore then they already are. And the customer service was fantastic! During packing someone accidentally put someone else’s label on our package so their order was sent to us.
