The stairs received were as advertised. The setup was easier than expected. Expected delivery time was shown to be near 8 weeks but was actually only a couple of weeks.

The ramp gave my mom her independence back. It gave her access to a summer property that had stairs that became too difficult to use. The first time she used it, she cried. She was so confident and felt safe. It only took 2 people and about 5 leisurely hours to install. Very well constructed. We couldn't be happier with this purchase.
