Not what I expected

What didn't I expect? Getting a terrible saw, not ToolsToday's fault. I sent it back and got my refund right away. What else? I have politely asked at least 4 or 5 times to unsubscribe yet I still get email messages every three days or so. Maybe this note on a poor review will get someone to notice. Please remove my email from your list! My next request will not be so polite. Remove my contact! Now!

Poor customer service

There was a shipping issue where the content of the package was lost. It was noted in the tracking information. I contacted customer service and explained and they blew me off blaming the delay on Covid 19 without checking the tracking info. After the third contact to customer service they finally looked at the tracking information and sent a replacement. This was my first order from Tools Today and it probably my last.

Second Day Shipping is a Lie

Order some items on Saturday, March 7th. Was expecting to receive them on Tuesday, March 10th. Went to the post office to inquire and they told me the package is listed as still in New York. Said I should receive it by Friday March 13th. That is. Or second day USPS. I need these items for a construction project.
