Overall excellent experience, as you can see from the review I submitted a moment ago. Two issues to work on: (1) Delivery. The shipping company told me on the eve of delivery that the 750lb pallet had to be dropped at the end of my driveway (claimed insurance prohibited going up it), which was very troubling given the large shipping fee I paid and the difficulty I would have had getting it in whole or piece by piece up my very long driveway (off a dirt road in Vermont). But the driver was great and delivered it all the way. (2) On the prefabricated/drilled holes, it would help a lot to do two things. First, use a harder steel on the stainless phillips head screws so they do not strip. The docks need to last probably for decades. My hardware stripped a bit on the screw head because the phillips head on the screw was too small (it should be larger and deeper) and the steel not quite quality enough. Second, the pre-drilled holes in about half the instances did not leave enough clearance for a socket or even a closed-head wrench, making both the access and tightening efforts significantly more difficult. I had to use several tools on each of the too-little-clearance ones to do the job right. There is plenty of room on the frame pieces to provide more clearance on the pre-drilled holes. I already submitted a very favorable review overall. These are just constructive suggestions/feedback. I am very pleased with the quality and finished product.
