I purchased a dock frame from Tommy’s dock and it seems like the hardware, nuts and bolts were not included perhaps lost in shipping I did notice later a small hole in the corner of the box however, when I called Tommy’s about this, they immediately sent me the parts I needed in an expedited fashion along with a nice T-shirt for my inconvenience. Put together and installed the dock by myself and have now ordered and received a ladder to go with it. This dock is to be used on my pond in South Alabama to make it easier for me to get in and out of my 10 foot John boat since I am 70 years old now. Excellent product excellent service.
