I was a little skeptical at first regarding ordering from here as I never heard of the website, but it was one of those deals that was too good to not past up, so I decided to try it out, and glad I did. Ordered the 25ft flag pole in black, and shipping times were a week at most. I haven't had to deal with customer service so I cannot attest to that, but no issues with the product at all, exactly what I ordered. Will order from again!

I had a 9 foot umbrella fail due to dry rot at the rib pocket. Unfortunately, the model I had was no longer made or supported so I turned to DIY. Ordered a 9 foot, 6 rib replacement and it fit perfectly. In fact, I ordered a second one as a back-up. Easy, online ordering with quick delivery too. Highly recommend!
