They sent my item with 2 different shipments which I was unaware would happen. When I received the tailgating part from Amazon I wondered where the flagpole was. Of course I contacted you guys and you let me know the flagpole would be there the next day via UPS. That helped me understand what happened. Everything turned out to be all good.
