This was my first experience using Switchplates website. I used search bar to find items of interest and within minutes found the perfect switch plates for my kitchen renovation. Will definitely shop this site in future.

I really like that when I hit the “Back” button after looking at a specific switch plate, it takes me back to the spot where I left off browsing the collection - makes it so much easier and more enjoyable to shop. I also like the friendly notes attached to any switch plates that are backordered warning of possible long wait times - I’ve ordered them anyway, in spite of the wait. One thing that might make it easier to choose is a “compare” option so you could see several switch plate choices on one screen. I ended up just viewing my cart over and over, adding and removing items to see how they looked together, since I was ordering several different ceramic switch plates. Overall, a clean, clear website that’s easy to use.
