this is not what i expected

I ordered 2 boxes of tiles which came to £60, my only delivery option was curbside pallet for £40. See picture of how ridiculously overkill this was.

Ordered over 50 white tiles for my bathroom with half of them arriving In a different shade of white I.e from a different batch and the supplier would not refund me or help me as the tiles had been put on the wall by my builder even though they agreed the tiles were from different batches. Extremely disappointed to have this happen to me and I’m writing this so it doesn't happen to anyone else. Thank you
