I appreciated the call after I placed my order. The team were professional and helpful. Even when I under ordered and needed one more tile. The guy I spoke to checked the batch numbers and had the last tile on the soonest possible delivery. And the tiles are nice. The wall tiles (Onyx natural) I think, look nothing like the photos though. But they are nice and do look like the sample.

Easy to deal with, gave good advice and answered all queries clearly. Delivery was late but due to a delay with delivery from the hub. Local depot was excellent and kept me informed and arranged delivery first thing Saturday morning.

Excellent service. Only required a few tiles & Tile Brand dealt with our request in very quick time. Tiles look great in the box! Job being done this week.
