Amazing service from start to finish from Tilebrand. Ordered on line, but didn’t need the tiles for few weeks until closer to date bathroom job was to start. So the person I spoke to arranged for delivery one week prior. Then whilst away in Turkey on holiday, our builder called to advise was one tile short. We called Tilebrand late afternoon explained the issue and arranged overnight delivery from Manchester to Essex and the guy delivered it the next morning. So cannot recommend these guys enough for just going the extra mile and being super helpful. And our porcelain tiles are superb too!

Excellent service from start to finish. Needed to speak to somebody re: delivery they picked up the phone quickly (which is a rarity nowadays) dealt with the matter at hand & tiles were with me in 48hrs.
